  2. Information: Please be aware that after the commencement of lessons you may be required to purchase learning materials, e.g. Music Books and/or supplementary items which are purchased separately from the lessons. It is essential that students have access to a suitable guitar or instrument before beginning lessons. We recommend that students consult with the instructor if unsure about what instrument to purchase. Please note if the student is your child, be aware that we cannot look after children after the lesson has completed. We do not offer once off lessons. We also hold the right to refuse lessons.

No refunds will be given if your lesson should land on a public holiday.

  5. Absent and Lateness: If you plan to miss a lesson, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance via Phone or text message. If sufficient notice is given, a makeup lesson will be arranged within the following 7 days. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged as if the lesson was attended. If a teacher is unable to conduct a lesson, a makeup lesson will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. If you arrive late to your lesson, any time lost will not be recuperated and you will still be charged the full amount of that lesson. If you are using a Creative Kids voucher to pay for lessons, the same cancellation and absence rules apply. If you miss a lesson without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson fee will be deducted from your voucher as per the standard terms of this agreement. If you have paid for classes and have taken an informed break or leave from classes, please keep in mind that a return date must be given. We will not hold on to time slots without a payment and if you do not return correspondence in a timely manner. Lack of practice is not accepted as an excuse to cancel a class. If a second absence is requested during the same month it must be either recuperated via a makeup lesson or it will be charged as normal. Please also note that we are not bound to keep slots open to clients who go on leave frequently or for prolonged periods, especially without payment.
